Residential: Free(11 Months, Notary Notarized)
Commercial:- To be paid by the tenant.
Lock-In period
Residential:- 6 Months stay is mandatory.
Commercial:- 12 Months Stay is Mandatory.
Notice Period
Residential: 2 Months. The tenant has to provide a notice period of 2 months before making an exit from the property. In the Notice period, he has to allow and facilitate other tenants to showcase property for renting out to others.
Commercial: Case to case basis Will is decided in the agreement or else 3 Months.
Failure to provide a notice period will result in a penalty amounting to 2 Months’ rental amount.
